They also mix in a challenge - giving you three words to use to create a poem on the spot - J is reading his....The three words this time were clutch, empathy and foul.

The former host of Catonsville’s Function @ the Junction poetry series, he has served as a poetry advisor for the American Music & Arts Festival and editor of several poetry anthologies.
